Date: Saturday, 7th July 2018
Time: 13:00 – 17:00
Location: PAC Room, Basement level 2, Trinity Biomedical Sciences Institute, Trinity College Dublin 152-160 Pearse Street, Dublin 2
Learn how to use CRIMSON, the world’s most advanced modelling and simulation package for computational hamodynamics.
Understand and experience the complete pipeline, from medical image segmentation to patient-specific incompressible Navier-Stokes blood flow simulation.
Learn about CRIMSON’s advanced features, including imposing PC-MRI flow profiles, agile boundary condition design and communication, imposing spatially-varying blood vessel material properties, and Kalman filtering for automatic determination of model parameters from sequential data.
For more information and to download CRIMSON, see http://www.crimson.software/workshop-dublin-2018.html.
NOTE: Attendees will need their own laptop. It should be relatively powerful to run simulations with CRIMSON – please download CRIMSON from www.crimson.software before the workshop.
We look forward to welcoming you!
Note that you must be registered for the World Congress of Biomechanics to attend. Tickets will not be valid if you are not registered. Please give your full name, as used for your WCB registration, when you book your workshop ticket so that we can verify this.
